Refund Policy
Effective date: October 18, 2026
This policy covers deploy kits and all remote services (OpenClaw / Hermes Agent secure remote setup, the remote deployment service and one-off troubleshooting) bought from AgentComm (www.agentcomm.net).
Deploy kits (digital products)
-
Before download: you can request a full refund.
-
After download: kits are digital files that can be copied, so they are non-refundable once downloaded.
-
Whether a kit has been downloaded is determined by our download records.
-
If the download link doesn't work or the file is corrupted, contact us and we'll send a new one. That doesn't count as a download.
-
Upgrade credit: if you buy a remote setup service (OpenClaw / Hermes Agent secure remote setup or the remote deployment service) within 30 days of buying a kit, we'll credit the kit price you paid. The credit has no cash value and expires after 30 days.
All remote services
- Before work starts: every remote service is fully refundable before we start, including after requirements have been confirmed.
Deployment services (OpenClaw / Hermes Agent secure remote setup, remote deployment service)
- Deployment fails: if we can't deliver a working service on your server, you get a full refund.
- Once the deployment is delivered and you have accepted it, it is no longer refundable.
- If work can't proceed because the server doesn't meet the agreed spec or access wasn't provided as agreed, we'll first try to sort it out with you. If it still can't proceed, it's treated as "before work starts".
One-off troubleshooting
- Not solved: if the problem isn't solved, you get a full refund.
- If the problem turns out to be out of scope (see the service page), full refund.
- Once the problem is solved and you've confirmed it, the incident is no longer refundable.
How to request a refund
Email agentcommx@gmail.com with the email address you paid with, your order number (if you have one) and the reason. Refunds go back to the original payment method; how long they take to arrive depends on the payment processor and your bank.
