Terms of Service
Effective date: October 18, 2026
1. Who we are
These terms apply to products and services sold by AgentComm (www.agentcomm.net, "we", "us").
- Operator: this website is operated by X, an individual sole operator
- Address: Hong Kong SAR
- Email: agentcommx@gmail.com
2. Products and services
- Open-source AI one-click deploy kits: digital products. Contents are as described on each product page (sizing guide, deploy script, health-check script, troubleshooting manual, README), delivered as an online download after payment.
- Remote services: carried out by our engineering team on a server you own: the OpenClaw / Hermes Agent secure remote setup, the remote deployment service and one-off troubleshooting. Scope, process and delivery time are as described on each service page and as confirmed between us by email.
- Upgrade credit: buy a remote setup service within 30 days of buying a kit and we'll credit the kit price you paid. The credit has no cash value.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are as shown on the product pages. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; we never see or store your full card details.
4. Open-source software and licensing
The software installed by the kits and the services (such as Dify, OpenClaw and Hermes Agent) is each project's own open-source code. It is licensed to you by its authors under its own license, not by us. What we sell is our own scripts, documentation and deployment work. We are not affiliated with these projects or their authors. You must follow the applicable licenses, for example the Dify license's restrictions on multi-tenant services and on removing its logo.
You may use and modify the scripts and documentation we wrote on servers used by you and your team. You may not resell or publicly redistribute them.
5. Your responsibilities
- You own the server, domain and third-party API accounts, and you are responsible for paying for them and using them lawfully, including any local registration or filing requirements.
- You may not use a kit or a deployed service for unlawful purposes or to circumvent platform rules or regional restrictions.
- When a remote service needs server access, you create the temporary access yourself and change the password or remove the temporary user once we're done.
6. Server access and automated tools in remote services
We use the access you give us only for the agreed deployment or troubleshooting and do not keep your passwords, keys or API keys. When providing remote services, our engineering team may use automated tools, including AI assistants, to run and check the work; those tools use the access only within the agreed scope. You open model API keys and channel accounts yourself; we don't buy or resell them. We recommend backing up any important data on the server before granting access.
7. Refunds
See the Refund Policy.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Kits and services are provided "as is". Bugs in the open-source software itself, upstream version changes, and outages or price changes of third-party services (cloud servers, APIs) are outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from an order, are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If you have a problem with an order, please email us first so we can try to resolve it.
10. Changes
When we update these terms we'll change this page and its effective date. Orders paid before an update are governed by the terms in force when you paid.
